Fully Recovered.

Tramp came to us with his street-mate, Lady. Both were near death. Lady wouldn't survive but, fortunately we were able to save Tramp and find him a loving, secure home where he would be cherished and cared for. Other shelters would have given up on them. But, we're not other shelters!

Billy and his pregnant stable mate, Rosie, came to our Shelter from a visit to "death's doorstep."  Vigilant veterinary care and persistence attention from Staff and Volunteers led us a successful recovery for both horses — and a successful birth of Rosie's colt!

72 Desperate Dogs

Who will forget the Friday afternoon we took in 72 severely neglected Chihuahuas, the neglected residue of a puppy mill that could no longer afford them? Faced with every imaginable health problem, we were supported by a devoted veterinary staff and responsive Volunteers who proved ready for the task.
